Take advantage of your presence at SOFT2012 to organize professional meetings.
Your participation in SOFT2012 gives you the opportunity to schedule appointments with other participants
during the first four days of the event (Mon-Thur), via the online networking platform Time2.
Each participant will receive his/her personal access codes upon registration.
Once you are logged in, you will be given access to your personal page, where you can edit your profile, get access to the list of professional participants to request appointments, and confirm your professional meetings.
Each participant may either accept or reject the request for an appointment.Time2 will define the best time slot for both parties. Your scheduled appointments will be easily downloadable prior to the event or on site. The meetings will take place in the B2B Area or on the exhibitor’s booth.
The platform, only accessible to registered exhibitors and scientific conference participants, will be available from 15thJuly 2012 on, via a web link.
