Registration Fee
A) to the conference
€ 650 (VAT incl., for registration by 1st July 2012)
€ 770 (VAT incl., for registration after 1st July 2012)
€ 400 (VAT incl., for PhD students*, early-birds only)
The full fee covers attendance to the plenary, oral and poster sessions, a copy of the proceedings, participant’s bag, coffee breaks, welcome drink and reception, musical event, technical tours and gala dinner (see Social Program).
* PhD students can individually ask for support for their travel and accommodation expenses to Fusenet (www.fusenet.eu).
B) to the satellite meetings
€ 180/day (VAT incl.)
Cancellation Policy
A charge of € 120 for administrative costs will be retained if registration is cancelled before 1st August 2012.
From 1st August on, no reimbursement will be made.
